Preorder Pass

For this set, we are trying something a little different - our new Preorder Pass program which allow you to make reservation like you do in preorder and only pay for them when the items have arrived. Here is how it works:

  1. Purchase this Preorder Pass for this set - YOU JUST NEED ONE PASS
  2. Fill out a reservation survey to indicate what you want to order
  3. Receive a notification before release date to make your purchase

Why all this work? Why not just place order as preorder? We will explain the reason here:

Placing Preorder Purchases Requires Committing Dollars Upfront

Times are tough, and cash are tight. We felt that maybe not asking for thousands of dollars upfront will help the community a little. We know a number of you guys might be ordering extras to account for the allocation adjustment due to the shortage.

Shortage Will Cause Allocation and Order Cancellation

Lately Pokemon Company has not been nice about shipping all of our orders. This results in some orders getting only part of what they ordered, and then some orders getting cancelled. With the Preorder Pass model, no order has been placed. We don't need to do any of that.

Reduce Order Fulfillment Delay

Since there is no open orders, there is no need to do order adjustment. When we open the item up for ordering, you know it will get shipped as quickly as possible.

Fairness For All

When we open the item for purchase, we alert the customers in batch based on the time they purchase the Preorder Pass. You guys will get access to the item before it is opened up to general public. The reservation survey *is not a guarantee*, rather, it lets the customer express how much they want to order. We will setup proper max order limit to ensure everyone at least get 1 unit of what they want.

Fine Prints

  • When you purchase this preorder pass, you are really buying a gift card to the store. You can spend that $5 in your next purchase.
  • You can get a refund on the gift card as long as it's not used.
  • Cancelling the Preorder Pass will mean that you will not get the advance email alert and the pass code to place the order when the items are here
  • Your survey entry is not an order.
  • The preorder pass represents a place in line for the stated products.

What is a Preorder?

Preordering from Kozuguru holds your spot in line for products that are not yet available to us, or for which we are awaiting our next shipment. Orders ship from Kozuguru on a first-in-first-out basis, so the older orders that have been waiting will ship before newer orders as we are receiving product. In order to receive your items as soon as possible, we recommend preordering and not waiting until we have stocked items, as our preorder reservations may exhaust our incoming supply.

Because of the produce has not been released, the release date are subject to change. We will do our best to keep everyone updated.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for refunds on preorders
